Boeing 747-400
It's weighting over 394088 lbs... empty. Could takeoff with 875,000 lbs of load (cargo and/or passengers). Needs only 3,018 m to takeoff with maximum weight. Flies with 491 kt, 910 km/h through the skies, with over 25000 lbf of thrust. With almost 500 aircraft still in use, 20 years after it's maiden flight, it's the best selling commercial giant. And now it comes to your computer, to your screen and in your hands.

Please note the following:
- The aircraft is still unfinshed, though it is stable
- The autopilot works partly. Altitude hold is buggy.
- Some buttons are clickable, but have no bindings yet.
- Only one livery is included. Please do not create other liveries yet, I'm working on a simple-to-edit livery, so all liveries can be of great quality.
The pushback will not work. It will even give you an error. Do not open the Equipment > Pushback dialog and remove every lines from the top of $FG_ROOT/Aircraft/747-400/Models/747-400.xml that are related to pushback.

Download the 744 from the link below and unzip it to your $FG_ROOT/Aircraft directory. If you don't see the new 744 in your aircraft list, remove (or move) your $FG_ROOT/Aircraft/747 (not the 747-400!!) folder out of FlightGears directory.
Tutorial:
I found a tutorial from starting the engine to shutting them down. Because not all systems are implented yet you won't be able to follow the whole tutorial. But some parts could be usefull. You'll find it at the Wiki article.
